Shinola Entertainment Service Providers, based in Norfolk, VA and the parent company of
Shinola Karaoke & DJ Service is offering a guaranteed 10% quarterly return on your investment
in our privately held entertainment business for at least 2 years (8 quarters). There is a minimum required investment of $1,000 to a maximum of $4,000 per investor. A very limited number of investors will be accepted to meet the needs of our companys' expansion. This offer will be withdrawn immediately, without notice, when our capital goal is reached. This is not an offer for securities and should not be construed as such. It should also be understood that an investors principal investment
will be 'locked in' for 2 years and cannot be withdrawn or returned until that timeframe has elapsed.
We will only guarantee a minimum 10% quarterly return for that 2 year timeframe.
